The pod provided a unique experience, offering a middle ground between camping and a hotel. The modern design and lovely outdoor area surrounded by nature created a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The proximity to Ullswater, just a short drive away, was a convenient location for exploring the area. Additionally, the kitchen facilities, including a fridge, allowed for the convenience of bringing snacks and drinks.
Although the pod had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. It could get quite cold at night, especially in winter, and a complimentary tea and milk would have been a nice touch.
